The farm is located 1 ½ miles west, 1 mile north and 1 ½ miles west of Morrowville, Kansas on the south side of 20th Road, or ½ mile east of the intersection of Gypsum Road and 20th Road.
This farm is all native grass pasture, except for deep, well timbered draws. The pasture has very good fences. The grass has been well managed and is generally good, especially on the south end. The timbered area, consisting of mainly oak, cedar and cottonwood, is approximately 20 acres and provides excellent habitat for deer, turkey and other wildlife. There is a small spring fed creek in the deep ravine that runs generally from south to north.
